Why is launch pricing lower right now?+
We're a new platform. We're trading margin for word-of-mouth from our first wave of customers, you get a senior editor and Head of Content QC at a rate that won't be sustainable once we're at scale. The crossed-out price is what the platform will charge when we move off launch pricing. No catch, no bait-and-switch, same editors, same QC, same turnaround.
What counts as one edit?+
One vertical short, up to 60 seconds. Pro can run up to 90 seconds on half its monthly edits. Each brief uses one slot.
Are the AI briefs free?+
Yes. Every free account gets 30 AI briefs a month, no card required. Paste your topics, pick a goal, and get a shot list, hook, and talking points for each. The briefs are pre-production planning, separate from your senior-edited reels, and the count resets on the 1st.
What happens if I don't use all my slots?+
Unused slots roll forward one month, then expire. It's a nudge to keep posting. If you can't use them in time, message us.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades unlock new slots straight away (prorated). Downgrades kick in next billing cycle.
How fast do I get my first edit?+
Under 48 hours on your first trial edit, regardless of plan. We'd rather you see the work than read about it.
Who edits my videos?+
A senior editor on our team cuts every reel. Hayden, our Head of Content at Unreal Media, personally QCs every cut before you see it. Two senior pairs of eyes on every project, every time.
What kinds of video do you handle?+
Vertical short-form only. Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts. If you need landscape, long-form, or a full production, that's an Unreal Media job, not this one. Email us.
Do you shoot footage too?+
No. You film it (phone is fine), we cut it. Drop the files in a Dropbox folder and paste the link.
