What is the Filming Brief?
Pro clients receive a monthly Filming Brief from Jakob Quinn, our founder and director. It covers what topics are performing in their niche right now, what to capture on camera, and how to deliver footage that edits well. Most editing services wait for whatever lands in their inbox. The Filming Brief is why our Pro clients see results from their content, not just output.
Can my team collaborate in the portal?
Yes. Free is solo with 1 seat. Growth gets 3 seats. Pro gets 5. Anyone on the team can submit briefs, review cuts, and approve without sharing one login.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Your approved files stay available to download for 30 days after cancellation. Export everything you need within that window, then the files are removed from our servers.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Monthly billing. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No email chains, no calls. If you want to save 12%, there is a quarterly option. 30-day money-back on your first month regardless.
How much storage do I get?
Storage covers your source footage while we are editing. Free gets 5GB, Growth 50GB, Pro 150GB. We are an editing service, not a cloud storage product. Once a reel is approved and downloaded, you can safely delete the source. Extra 500GB add-ons are $19 USD/month each (stackable). Email support@usevx.com to add one.
What file types do you deliver?
H.264 MP4 at the aspect ratio you specified. Typically 9:16 for Instagram and TikTok, 1:1 for square, 16:9 for landscape. Need a custom codec or master file? Specify it in the brief.
Is the free trial actually free?
Yes. Two free reels. No card on file. No expiring trial-card tricks. The trial runs for 30 days. If you want to keep going, choose a plan. If not, you walk away with two polished edits and zero obligation.
Where is the team based?
Jakob Quinn (founder) and Hayden Brinkley (Head of Content) are both based in Australia, with a vetted senior editing team distributed internationally. QC happens centrally with Hayden Brinkley, so the same quality standard applies to every cut, no matter who edited it.
