What's actually editing my reels?
An AI editing pipeline built on the editorial frameworks the team behind VX has used across 2,000+ videos: hook structure, pacing, captions and brand styling. You upload raw footage and get three ready-to-post cut options back in under five minutes, then pick the one you want.
Can my team collaborate in the portal?
Yes. Free and Creator are solo with 1 seat. Operator gets 3 seats, Studio gets 5. Anyone on the team can upload footage, review cuts, and approve without sharing a single login.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Your approved files stay available to download for 30 days after cancellation. Export everything you need within that window, then the files are removed from our servers.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Monthly billing, cancel anytime from your dashboard. No email chains and no calls. Want to save 12%? There's a quarterly option. And there's a 14-day refund on your first month regardless.
How much storage do I get?
Storage covers your source footage while it's being edited. Free gets 5GB, Creator 50GB, Operator 250GB, Studio 500GB. Footage auto-clears 14 days after delivery, so the cap governs in-flight work, not long-term archiving. Email support@usevx.com if you need more.
What file types do you deliver?
H.264 MP4 at the aspect ratio you picked. Typically 9:16 for Instagram and TikTok, 1:1 for square, 16:9 for landscape. Need a custom codec or master file? Ask us.
